Basic Information

Species: Gnome
Occupation: Settlement Guardsman
Workplace: Harbor Tidewarden Barracks
Residence: The Warrtur Residence, Agrovionimb

Appearance

Physical Description

Lilwyn is a short, broad-shouldered gnome standing 96 cm (3'2") tall with a sturdy, wide build.

She has cropped, wiry blue hair that has almost completely turned white despite her relatively young age. Her blue eyes are bright and attentive, and her warm beige skin carries a slight reddish tint from years spent patrolling outdoors.

Though physically unassuming, she carries herself with the calm confidence of someone who has spent many years dealing with difficult situations.

Clothing and Equipment

While on duty, Lilwyn wears the standard uniform of the Harbor Tidewardens, though her equipment is rarely arranged neatly. Papers, notes, and small personal belongings have a habit of accumulating in her pockets and satchel.

Off duty she prefers simple, comfortable clothing and can often be heard humming or singing softly while doing household chores.

Relationships

Roondar Warrtur

Lilwyn's husband and fellow settlement guardsman.

The two have spent much of their adult lives serving together within the Tidewardens and share an easy, comfortable relationship born of long familiarity.

Marlin Warrtur

Lilwyn's nineteen-year-old non-binary child.

Though Marlin chose a very different profession and became a lumberjack, Lilwyn is quietly proud of their independence and work ethic.

Waywocket Warrtur

Lilwyn's sixteen-year-old daughter and fellow lumberjack.

Lilwyn worries about her daughter's tendency to take risks but supports her choices wholeheartedly.

Personality

Lilwyn is shy and reserved, rarely drawing attention to herself.

She prefers listening to speaking and is more comfortable observing a situation before offering her thoughts.

She is exceptionally open-minded and enjoys reflecting on new ideas and unfamiliar perspectives. Unlike many guards, she does not immediately dismiss unusual explanations and often spends time quietly considering things after a conversation has ended.

Lilwyn is not particularly organized. Her desk, locker, and home are usually somewhat cluttered, and she has a habit of putting things down and forgetting exactly where she left them.

She is considerate and generally sympathetic toward the emotions of others, though she tends to express this through small acts of kindness rather than grand gestures.

She is also fairly emotionally stable and becomes irritated only rarely.

Interests

Singing

Lilwyn enjoys singing and often hums quietly while working.

She knows dozens of traditional harbor songs and can usually remember at least part of any tune she hears.

Her Work

Unlike many guards who view the position as simply a profession, Lilwyn genuinely enjoys being a Tidewarden.

She likes helping people, learning the rhythms of the city, and feeling connected to the community she serves.

History

Lilwyn was born and raised in Agrovionimb and eventually joined the Harbor Tidewardens alongside her husband, Roondar.

Though she never sought advancement or recognition, she developed a reputation as a dependable and patient guardswoman who could be trusted with routine duties and difficult conversations alike.

She and Roondar raised their children while balancing the demands of public service, and both of their children eventually chose lives outside the Tidewardens.

During the investigation into the death of Nelldove Sivmil, Lilwyn briefly assisted Councilman Kuserlion Faewen-FairyMaiden by relieving him during the continued interrogation of Durgat Stormbringer.

Though her role in the investigation was minor, she remains one of the many ordinary people whose quiet service keeps Agrovionimb functioning.
