Appearance¶
Physical Description¶
Asnyn is a broad-shouldered triton woman standing 160 cm (5'3") tall. She has pale seafoam skin and bright blue eyes that seem perpetually alert and engaged.
Her head is completely bald, a style she maintains deliberately because she finds hair "needlessly distracting."
She has an energetic bearing and moves quickly, often appearing as though she is late for something even when she is perfectly on schedule.
Clothing and Equipment¶
Asnyn dresses in the practical robes of the Pagoda of Ara, usually carrying a satchel stuffed with ledgers, notes, schedules, and writing implements.
Her clothing is immaculate and neatly arranged.
The same cannot always be said for the piles of paperwork on her desk.

A carpenter for whom Asnyn harbors a long-standing crush.
She insists to anyone who asks that her interest is purely admiration for his craftsmanship.
Nobody believes her.
Dynalys Suhmulvath¶
Asnyn's romantic rival.
The two share an interest in the same man and maintain a polite but occasionally competitive relationship.
Mirakas Lorphir-DreamSky¶
A close friend and roommate.
Mirakas is one of the few people who can persuade Asnyn to step away from her work and relax.

A fellow cleric and trusted friend.
The two often discuss temple affairs and local politics.

Personality¶
Asnyn is extraordinarily energetic and enthusiastic.
She enjoys spending time with people and is happiest when organizing events, helping visitors, or discussing community affairs.
She is also extremely focused and prefers structure, routine, and orderly procedures. Once she decides the proper way to do something, she rarely considers alternatives.
Asnyn possesses very little imagination and tends to dismiss unusual ideas or unlikely explanations.
She is remarkably trusting and genuinely wants to help others, often going out of her way to answer questions or solve problems.
She is generally calm and slow to anger, though she can become quietly frustrated when people ignore instructions or fail to complete tasks properly.
One of her more amusing habits is that she will repeat an action until she believes it has been done correctly.

She follows appointments, council decisions, and public projects with surprising enthusiasm and can spend hours discussing municipal matters with anyone willing to listen.

She takes genuine satisfaction in schedules, ledgers, and administrative work.
History¶
Born and raised in Agrovionimb, Asnyn joined the Pagoda of Ara at a young age.
Though she received a traditional religious education, she quickly discovered that her talents lay less in theology and more in administration and organization.
Over the years she became one of the temple's most reliable administrators, responsible for maintaining records, scheduling events, and helping visitors navigate the temple's many activities.
When the Swamp Survivors came to the Pagoda of Ara investigating Durgat Stormbringer's weekly prayer group, it was Asnyn who explained the nature of the gathering and identified its members. She described the group as a support and discussion circle rather than a traditional religious congregation.
Unbeknownst to her, this seemingly routine conversation provided the investigators with one of their most important leads.
