Appearance

Physical Description

Vilston is a lean gnome standing 90 cm (2'11") tall.

He has light black skin, gray eyes, and medium-length dark blonde hair streaked with gray as age begins to catch up with him.

He wears a long, bushy beard that appears somewhat untamed.

Clothing and Equipment

Vilston dresses in the simple robes of a cleric of the Pantheon. His clothing is often slightly disheveled, with small signs of neglect that suggest he pays little attention to keeping himself organized.

Vilston is highly extroverted and enjoys the company of others.

Vilston is deeply distrustful of other people and generally assumes the worst of their intentions.

Despite his cynical outlook, he is relatively calm and rarely becomes visibly upset.

History

Vilston served as a cleric at the Pagoda of Ara and eventually became a member of the Covenant of the Last Dawn. The circumstances of his recruitment are unknown.

He was one of the eight individuals known as the Witnesses and attended the group's final meeting in the Pagoda of Ara. During that meeting, he was the first to announce that Alar Nughelath had disappeared.

Later in the meeting, he expressed concern over the possibility that Alar might reveal information to investigators.

"And if Alar speaks?"

The meeting was interrupted by the arrival of the Tide Wardens, and Vilston was arrested alongside the other Witnesses. He later pleaded guilty with the rest of the Covenant's members.
