Author's Personal Thoughts¶

I find it difficult to embrace Ubus's teachings as the God of Vengeance. While I understand the desire for justice and retribution for those who have been wronged, the concept of revenge can often lead to a never-ending cycle of violence and pain.

Ubus's ruthless and unrelenting nature is unsettling to me, as I believe that violence should always be a last resort. However, I can appreciate the role he plays in the Andórëan pantheon as a deity who seeks to right the wrongs committed by mortals. His followers may find comfort in the belief that Ubus will help them seek justice and bring an end to their suffering.

That being said, I cannot condone the use of violence as a means of retribution. I believe that there are other, more peaceful ways to resolve conflicts and seek justice. It is important to remember that every action has consequences, and revenge often leads to further harm and suffering.

While I may not fully agree with Ubus's teachings, I can appreciate the role he plays in the Andórëan pantheon and the comfort he brings to those who seek justice and retribution. It is important to approach matters of conflict and injustice with a level head and a desire for peace, rather than resorting to violence and revenge.
